About Us – Marriage Date Night

WHO WE ARE

Marriage Date Night was created for married couples to enjoy a fun night out with lots of laughter and music. An evening with unlimited eternal opportunities, a chance for outreach and relationship building.

Marriage Date Night is produced by Extreme Faith Productions (EFP), a non-profit ministry based in Arizona. EFP has been promoting concerts and events since 2002. EFP also created Aspire Womens Events in 2015.

We stand on the promises of God that He is enough, and that aspiring after His purpose will affect the lives we lead as well as the people we interact with. We exist to serve God’s people by providing quality events to the Christian community.

Statement of Faith

Extreme Faith Productions believes in one living and true God, eternal and of infinite power, wisdom, goodness and righteousness. He is a loving and faithful God who is Creator and preserver of all things. (Genesis 1:1; Jeremiah 10:10; 1 Timothy 1:17)

In the unity of this Godhead, there are three persons of one substance with identical qualities and attributes: The Father (God), the Son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-2, 4:24, 5:18, 10:30)

We believe in the divine nature of Jesus Christ, God’s only Son, who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin, Mary. Christ was both fully man and fully God. He walked our earth, suffered at the hands of men, was crucified, died, and was buried as a sacrifice for the sins of all men and women. The purpose was to restore our relationship to God which is hindered by sin. (Luke 1:27, 31:35, John 3:16; Romans 5:10; Ephesians 5:2)

Christ rose from the dead and ascended into heaven in full victory over Satan and sin. He now intercedes for the body of believers to God the Father. (Matthew 28:5-9; Luke 4:7)

Amberly Neese

Comedian

Amberly is a national comedian, speaker, and author with a passion for “GRINspiring” others. She has won hearts (and funny bones) of people all over the country and loves sharing the joy of Christ with others.
She is dedicated to helping people experience the freedom found in meaningful relationships with God and others. Her bible study, “The Belonging Project: Finding Your Tribe and Learning to Thrive” was released in May 2020 by Abingdon Press. Amberly received her Master’s degree from Biola University and serves as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University.

Amberly has been married to Scott Neese since 1992. They have two teenagers, Judah and Josiah. They live in beautiful Prescott, AZ and love the Food Network and all things Star Wars.

Bob Smiley

Comedian

Comedian Bob Smiley has been touring for over 25 years. He’s written four books for Focus on the Family under the series he created called “The Adventures of Average Boy.” The award-winning “Adventures of Average Boy” humor column appears monthly in Focus on the Family Clubhouse magazine. The books, column as well as the NRB award-winning “Official Average Boy Podcast” are aimed at making kids (and their parents) laugh while encouraging them to be the best God created them to be. Bob is also very good at mowing and has a massive hotel shampoo collection.

Dan Bremnes

Christian Recording Artist

Originally from Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Dan Bremnes is an award-winning singer/songwriter signed to Curb | Word Entertainment. Dan’s breakthrough came with his first major label release “Beautiful”, which peaked at #17 on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart. The single was featured on his subsequent album, Where The Light Is. His newfound visibility was the impetus to sharing stages with Casting Crowns, Mercy Me, Chris Tomlin, along others. Dan’s insatiable penchant to see the world inspired Wherever I Go, which spawned an eight-day escapade to shoot a music video in seven countries. In 2022, Dan Bremnes returned to contemporary Christian radio with the single “Hold You Tight” which achieved a top 20 radio charting position. The song is part of his Into The Wild LP, released in June 2022. Dan resides in Nashville with his family, where dinner conversations can span from real estate investing to theology, and life hacks to Thai recipes.

David Dean

Comedian

David Dean has been doing stand-up comedy for over 25 years. His early days of training found him on the stage of Second City in Chicago which eventually led to working clubs, festivals, cruises, churches and other venues across the country. David has entertained troops at military bases all over the United States, Germany and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He and good friend, Craig Gross, recently co-authored a book titled, “Touchy Subjects” which can be found on Amazon. His latest CD, “Clap For Me” can be heard on Laugh USA, Sirius Satellite Radio, iTunes and Pandora radio. David and his wife of 28 years, Saint Betsy, live in Huntington, Indiana. They are the parents of two young adults, Alex & Hannah.

Jonny Diaz

Singer/Songwriter and Chart-topping CCM recording artist, Jonny Diaz, engages his audiences with great songs, great melodies and the ability to find humor in everyday life. His hit song “More Beautiful You” released in 2009 began to soar the charts and is still a fan favorite. He continues to write and release new songs that speak of God’s presence in the good times and bad. His songs will make you laugh and possibly cry. They will encourage and they will entertain. His most recent single “BREATHE” – was a #1 song on Christian radio.

Married to Libby for 10 years, they now have two young children, Charlie Grace and Dodger. Being in music full time for the past 12 years, leading a family and owning a gym all based in Nashville, TN keeps Jonny the Diaz family busy and their lives full as they share hope, laughter and encouragement with those they meet.

Michelle Miller

Comedian

Michelle was born in a small town in North Carolina where she made others laugh as soon as she could talk. Michelle’s talent has taken her around the world, but her southern roots still remain strong. Her quick wit and southern charm are infectious. She was voted at top of the Florida’s Funniest Competition for 3 years and has been featured on Nickmoms Night Out, Dr. OZ, and on the New Comedy Revolution DVD. She’s a regular at some of the best comedy clubs in the country and her versatile show has delighted crowds at fund raisers, corporate parties, and churches.
